v0.7.1 patch notes

We've added a simple Pumpkin tutorial for those who don't want to click the "previous" button all the way to the first post 😁! When you select the play button in the menu, you'll see these options:

• Fix bug where attempting to stop playtesting during a round causes the entire server to freeze, yikes!
• Do not show "welcome" message until user has connected to the server
• Fix hiccup when loading the site due to the game generating sprites for every single level
